Shipping Information and Options

Before validating your purchase you can choose in the "Your Cart" page which shipping service you prefer.

If you place your order before 12 noon UTC + 1 noon, your order will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be handled the following day.

In the cart, you will see the transit times once the order is shipped from our warehouse. The date of availability of the product can be found in the tab of each product.

Shipping times are counted by weekdays. No shipments are made on weekends or holidays.

You can select any of the following shipping services:

Regular shipping

With this shipping service, can receive your products in a reasonable time at the lowest possible cost.

Priority Shipping

With Priority, you receive your products in a shorter period of time handled by the best carrier available in your country.

Express delivery

Our premium service guarantees the fastest possible delivery, while you will prioritize your order over any other order. This means that if there is a lack of stock, your order will always be of the highest priority.

Shipping by Puntopack

This service is available in Spain and France where we offer you the possibility of sending your order to a commercial establishment near your residence. From here you are able to pick it up yourself.

What should I keep in mind about shipments?

We ship worldwide except on some islands.

If you place your order before 12 noon UTC + 1 noon, your order will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be handled the following day.

The cost of shipping is different for each country and for each type of product, in exception of high volume products, the price of shipping can be from free to 8.95 €. You will always have this information in the cart before payment.

In some countries like Spain or France you can choose between home delivery, or delivery at a point of convenience. We are working to extend this service to everyone. 

Are there any extra costs?

Depending on some concepts, sometimes there is s small additional surcharge, mainly these surcharges are:

  1. Orders that exceed 30 kgs have an extra charge of 2.99€
  2. Non-common destinations, such as some islands have an extra charge of 5€


How can I return an item?

When can I return a product?

You can return the items in its original state within 14 days of receiving it. 

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received in, in the original box or bag of the brand, well sealed, and inside an additional box or bag so that the shipping company is unable to put labels on the product. Defects within the parcel or product could lead to the cancellation of the refund.


How do I return it? 

Pack all of the products securely in the package in order to prevent any damages.

Print and fill out the return sheet inside the package.

To make the shipment, please go to any transport agency that you prefer and indicate the name and address of our logistics facilities:

Refunds deadline

The deadline to receive a pending refund is up to 14 days from the cancellation / modification of the order. Considering returned items, please keep in mind that first, our warehouse must check the condition of the product in order to confirm that it is in the same condition in which it was delivered to the customer.
