- Yes, you have 2 months to redeem your points from the last time you earned or redeemed points
- Why don't I see my points for commented products?
- All comments go through a validation process, we omit all those comments that have inappropriate vocabulary and/or that do not fit the product. Once the comment is validated, you will see your points in the available balance within your user area
- How can I know how many points I have?
- You must access your user area and consult the "My points" section to know the available balance
- Where are my cashback points?
- Redemption points have the same consideration as purchase/opinion points, so they will be added to the available balance in the "My points" section.
- Do I accumulate points if I have purchased as a guest?
- Yes, but you must create an account first. You will see the points accumulated from the orders you have made in the last two months in the "My points" section in your user area.
- How many points can I spend on each order?
- The maximum amount allowed to be paid in points cannot exceed 50% of the total amount of the order.
