What happens if there is an error in the price of the product?
We always try to provide accurate information on all our products, but unfortunately, it is possible that in certain exceptional cases an incorrect price is displayed. In this case, if the actual price of the product is lower, we will pay the difference. If the price is higher, we will cancel the order and we will inform by email.
Can I make a wholesale purchases?
Yes, you can. For wholesale purchasing we ask you to get in touch with the Customer Service and commercial team and we will inform you about wholesale discounts and advantages.
Is there a discount for wholesale products?
Dicounts for wholesale products depend on the volume of sales made. You can get information in the Customer Service.
How can I publish my product opinion?
In the product sheet you will find a questionnaire to write down your products opinions and to publish them.
How can I view all my reviews?
In "My Account" space you will see all comments wrote. You can only access these reviews through your account menu.
How can I delete one of my opinions?
In your user menu you will find a section where you can manage your reviews on our products. Once you access the user menu section, all reviews you have written will appear and you have the choice to delete.
