Description
Food supplement rich in dietary fiber with starch resis existent and biotin for maintaining normal mucosa. It included among the soluble dietary fibers and can not be fragmented by the human enzyme system.
• The starch reaches the lower segments of the intestine almost completely and serves as a nutritive substrate to the bacteria of the intestinal flora.
• Certain bacteria of the intestinal flora use resistant starch and use it for their own metabolism. They release in the intestine short chain fatty acids, acetic acid and lactic acid as the final product.
• The intestinal environment is acidified and increases the level of short chain fatty acids. Short-chain fatty acids include butyric acid that serves the cells of the intestine as a nutritional substrate.
Vitamin H, vitamin B7 and vitamin B8 (synonyms):
• Important for the maintenance of mucous membranes. / For cell division processes
• Very active tissues, such as mucous membranes, require biotin so that cell division processes can proceed in a controlled manner.
• The intestinal mucosa is the largest mucosal surface of the organism; It regenerates completely every 2 or 3 days.
• Most of the biotin comes from daily intake, small amounts are produced by the intestinal flora and thus complete the daily amount of biotin ingested with food.
