PRODUCT INFORMATION: The inosine (hypoxanthine riboside) is a purine nucleoside. Inosine enters heart and muscle and activates the synthesis of ATP (cellular energy) to promote muscle contraction and cell membranes: muscle contraction is regulated so that the muscle can work harder. Inosine also serves as a vasodilator facilitating blood flow to heart level avoiding rapid fatigue. Each 400 mg capsule provides inosine. CONSUMER INFORMATION: 3 capsules before exercise. The average consumption is 1200 mg before training. At these doses no contraindications are detected, although higher amounts and longer for people with kidney diseases should be especially controlled or refrain from taking them consumed.
