Ginsemar contains Panax ginseng (Korean ginseng) which promotes mental performance and vitality, in situations of physical and mental stress. Ginseng in MARNYS® Ginsemar has a minimum standardized content of 10% ginsenosides (Rg1 ginsenoside), extracted from Korean Ginseng roots according to European Pharmacopoeia parameters. Instructions for use: Take 1 capsule, 1-2 times a day, preferably before the main meals. The maximum daily dose is 1 g, equivalent to 2 capsules.
