Equisalud Holomega L-Serina Capsules

It helps in chronic fatigue syndrome, promotes the synthesis of phosphatidylserine in the body, boosts the immune system and moisturises the skin for external use.

Polysaccharide wrap of vegetable origin (Pululane). It does not contain gluten or starch, nor transgenic or colouring agents. Suitable for vegetarians, diabetics and patients with restrictive diets.

Instructions for use: Take 2 capsules a day, or on the advice of a specialist, preferably outside of mealtimes.

Usual doses: 300 to 1,000 mg of serine per day

It should preferably be taken in the morning, as it can sometimes disturb sleep. High levels of serine can unbalance other amino acids in the body.

Foods that cause brain allergies such as peanuts, gluten or soya are rich in serine. High doses of this amino acid have immunosuppressive effects and can even cause psychosis.

It should not be used if you are taking anticoagulants such as warfarin, nor with an excess of foods rich in this amino acid (meat, fish, dairy products, eggs, legumes, brown rice, seeds, whole grains).

Presentation: 180 or 50 capsules of 600 mg.
