El Granero Integral Lecigran Soy Lecithin 500 g

Supplement based on soy lecithin, which has not been genetically modified. Soy Lecithin is a natural product obtained from soy. Due to its emulsifying effect, it promotes the digestion of fats and helps maintain control over cholesterol. 

How to use:

   • Take 1 tablespoon (8 g) accompanied by fruit juice or mineral water. 

   • Also sprinkled on foods such as soups, salads or yogurt.
