Description

Naturcitina is soya lecithin of rapid absorption and high energy value. It has a high phospholipid content (98% of total lipids) of which the majority is phosphatidylcholine.

Instructions for use: Take 2-3 teaspoons (1-5g) a day, mixed with any food or ingested directly.
